Can complete beginners join?
Yes. Adult kickboxing is open to all levels, including complete beginners. No prior kickboxing experience is required.
Is this only for people who want to fight?
No. Members train for fitness, skill, confidence and enjoyment as well as martial arts development. Competition is optional, not a requirement to start.
Are there kids classes?
Yes. Kids kickboxing sessions are designed around confidence, discipline, coordination, fitness and age-appropriate technical learning.
How much is the kickboxing membership?
Kickboxing membership starts at $39 per week.
